We can provide you with group quotations for most of our destinations in North America, Mexico, Europe and Caribbean
RESPONSE TIME:
We will send you a contract for your group to Las Vegas and Orlando within 48 business hours. For Cancun groups and other US cities, a contract will be sent within 72 business hours. Hawaii groups require additional time. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 24 business hours and forward a contract as soon as possible.
How to request a group quotation:
- Book your own air space
- Complete the Group Request form by Clicking Here
- We will send you, via return e-mail, a confirmation of receipt within 24 business hours.
- We will e-mail you your group quite for Las Vegas and Orlando within 48 hours, for all other destimations within 72 business hours
- Advise us on whether you want to confirm the group.
- If yes, we will send you a Contract, including a time line on when you need to wire us your initial deposit and fax us your signed contract. Should we not receive your signed contract and deposit by the established time line, your group space will be automatically released back to the supplier.
- All requests for changes and other information should be directed to our group department via e-mail.
- E-mail aus a complete rooming list.
- We invoice based on your rooming list.
- You "wire transfer" final payment, based on invoice.
- We forward to you, via e-mail, a confirmation of all your arrangements. This confirmation will serve as your "receipt" of full group pre-payment.
- NO INDIVIDUAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE SENT TO YOU.
General Group Policies:
- Group prices are quoted Net/Non-Commissionable., (based on a minimum of 20 passengers and 10 rooms in most cases.)
- Cancellation penalties, change fees and supplier fees will be outlined in your group contract.
- Deposits may vary depending on individual hotel and supplier restrictions.
